Hull CVS provides a low cost Payroll Preparation Service to local voluntary organisations employing paid staff.
The service aims to allow organisations to employ staff and enable them to comply with HM Revenue and Customs regulations, without having to have a detailed knowledge.
We calculate monthly salary payments for paid staff, including PAYE, National Insurance and other statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay. We also produce employee’s payslips and summary sheets for the organisation showing all payments due, including payments to the HM Revenue and Customs.
Plus we also deal with the paying over of HM Revenue and Customs payments and keeping relevant records in order to process year end returns.
Actual salaries are paid directly by you in the form of a cheque, BACS or other suitable method of payment.
As part of our service we also send out periodic reminders of other employment regulations such as National Minimum Wage and Holiday Entitlements.
