The Hull Crime Reduction Fund – administered by the Hull Community Safety Partnership (CSP) with funding from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner – is currently open for applications from not for profit groups and organisations across Hull, who can apply for grants of up to £10,000.
Hull CSP Chair Tracy Harsley said:
We want to work more closely with communities and to support them in seeking to improve outcomes for residents and communities that will build resilience and reduce crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour.
Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside, Keith Hunter, said:
One of the key aims of my police and crime plan is to deliver increasingly self-sustaining and safe communities. I have funded the community safety partnership in Hull to ensure community groups have a local point of contact and I hope the fund will encourage a greater community involvement to tackle crime and safety.
What the CSP will fund?
