Are you someone who is a dab hand at web platforms such as WordPress, and can also turn their hand to desktop publishing tools to create professional documents and publications? Do you also have the ability to source and create engaging content? Would you like to apply these skills across a diverse organisation where no two days are the same?

Hull CVS Group is a multi-disciplinary organisation and encompasses the individual charitable and community organisations Hull CVS Ltd, Meeting New Horizons CIC and Rainbow Nursery Ltd. Hull CVS Ltd, as the parent organisation, supports the development and sustainability of local charities and causes by providing a range of support and services such as funding advice, volunteers, and direct business support functions such as payroll and office accommodation. As a Group, we also deliver a range of projects to support local communities, and in addition also manage two nursery settings in Hull. Our head office is in Hull, but we deliver services across the Yorkshire & Humber region.

We are now recruiting an exciting opportunity for a unique individual to support the development of both online and offline communications for the Group; bringing about improvements to all of our communications, with the aim of raising the profile and awareness of our activities and ensuring our communications are more responsive.

We are looking for a unique individual who ideally not only has the technical ability to develop and utilise necessary web and desktop publication tools, but ideally will also be able to produce engaging written content. As a diverse organisation operating in a number of areas and sectors, you will also need to be a fast learner to be able to ensure relevant content and communications. You should also be confident in working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
