We can help you check that you have all the required policies and procedures in place through our free organisation Healthcheck.
Once you have registered your organisations details with us we will contact you and offer a free Healthcheck. The Healthcheck is for guidance only and it will help you think about how your organisation is run and ensure that you have all the required policies and procedures in place to support volunteers. Ideally it should be carried out by the Trustees or Management Committee of your organisation, as they are the ones who have a responsibility to ensure that the organisation is running effectively and it achieves its purpose.
Initially, a Healthcheck will take around an hour to complete and will create an action plan for your organisation identifying which areas are working well and what areas may need further support. By the end of the process you will have created an organisation file with your policies and procedure in one place.
