Many voluntary and community sector organisations use social media, but are not sure what good looks like or simply are not sure how to make the most of their platforms. During this session the tutor will take you through the basics of communications and marketing, before focusing on 10 key areas to maximise your social media use.

By the end of the session you will have:

A basic understanding of good communication and Integrated Marketing Communication
An introduction to different types of social media channel
10 ways to make the most of your social media
Simple guide to writing content and preparing for interviews
