Making the most of Volunteers and Volunteering

Volunteers are vital for many VCSE organisations across Hull and East Yorkshire, but they can find recruiting, managing, and developing volunteers a minefield. It doesn’t have to be. Join a member of Hull’s Volunteer Centre for an introduction to volunteer management good practice and an introduction to the Time2Volunteer volunteer brokerage system.

By the end of the session, you will have:

A basic understanding of volunteer management.
How you can access more support on managing volunteers.
An introduction to the Time2Volunteer.
