Full time: 37 hours per week including occasional weekends, evenings, and bank holidays on a Rota basis
Salary: £21,750 per annum

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and engaging, with excellent communication with learner and classroom management skills, you must be commitment to delivering a high-quality service in line with our mission and core values. In addition, to working with the team within the Goodwin development trust and the Springboard programme. You will work together to provide a consistent and learning led experience, which is enjoyable, rewarding, and safe for our Learners.

You should be self-motivated, with experience of working within a Training role whilst been able to manage, short term Learning schemes. Additionally, you should be able to deliver end to end Learner recruitment activities and provide on-going supervision, training, and support to Learners, ensuring that their training needs are met. Furthermore, you should have experience promoting and championing the role of all Goodwin’s Trust and the Springboard programme, so that they are respected and valued for their contribution to the organisations. The role will operate from Goodwin’s Fareshare Hull and Humber Depot and is linked to the wider Training, Skills, and Opportunities team.

In this role you will:

Implement the Goodwin development Trust and Springboard recruitment strategy that will deliver an extensive pool of diverse and engaged training for Learners that are met in a timely manner.

Complete new learners (IAGs) Information and Guidance form.  And deliver all appropriate induction training in readiness for the warehouse environment.
Regular liaison with all partners that are an integral part of this project as well as the training manager.
Implement Learner management policies and procedures in line with guidance from the Goodwin Development team Springboard Youth Employment Initiative.

To be successful in this role you will:

Level 3 Community Development, Youth Work or PTTLS/Level 3 in Education and Training or willing to work towards
Safeguarding Level 2
Level 2 Math’s & English
