The focus of this work is to support people to develop the necessary skills to maximise their independence in the community and lead a more fulfilling life.

We are looking for people who are confident, non-judgmental, assertive, empathetic and able to listen to people.  You should have a basic understanding of common mental health and social issues with a good level of commitment and a genuine willingness to undertake and engage in appropriate training.

Support is delivered either in community settings or in the individual’s own home.  Working hours are typically between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 7 days per week.

Applicants must have a full current driving license and access to a motor vehicle for work purposes as travel will be required.
