Notice of Annual General Meeting

For members of Hull CVS, notice is hearby given of the Annual General Meeting of Hull Community and Voluntary Services Ltd which will take place on Monday 4th December 2022 at 12pm at Jubilee Central, 62 King Edward St, Hull HU1 3SQ.

As part of our AGM this year, we are inviting Members to help shape our strategy for the next two years and inform our priorities for working with the VCSE sector and local communities.

The order of the day will start with a networking lunch before moving on to the official business of AGM. We will then have speakers talking about some of the challenges facing Hull’s communities and the local VCSE sector, with an opportunity for attendees to provide their own input and suggest where Hull CVS can provide support in these areas.

To receive the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31^st March 2023
Appointment of Auditors for the financial year 2023/24
