Notice of Annual General Meeting
For members of Hull CVS, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Hull Community and Voluntary Services Ltd which will take place on Monday 2nd December 2024 at 12.30pm at Centre 88, Saner Street, Hull, HU3 2TR.
The order of the day will start with a networking lunch and the opportunity to meet members of our team, before moving on to the official business of AGM.
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be as follows:
- Apologies for absence
- Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Matters Arising
- To receive the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2024
- Appointment of Auditors for the financial year 2024/25
- Election of Executive Committee Members
- Any Other Business
Please note, registration will be prioritised to members of Hull CVS in the first instance. If you are unsure if your organisation is a member of Hull CVS please contact us at enquiries@hull-cvs.co.uk.
To confirm your attendance, please complete the online registration below by Friday 22nd November 2024.
Under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006, Members are able to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf on matters of the AGM. If you are unable to attend in person and wish to appoint a proxy, please contact us at enquiries@hull-cvs.co.uk and we will provide the appropriate form.
