At Hull CVS we strive to provide high quality services and delivery in all that we do. It is for this reason we are committed to ensuring evidence of attaining such quality.
We are pleased to share that we hold the following accreditation:
We are a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer, demonstrating our commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace, and leading the way in helping to positively change attitudes, behaviours and cultures.
Living Wage Employer
We are accredited with the Living Wage Foundation which demonstrates our commitment to paying our employees according to the cost of living.
Cyber Essentials Plus
Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification to demonstrate that our organisation has undergone a rigorous test of our cyber security systems, to make sure we are protected against basic hacking and phishing attacks.
Our registration with the Fundraising Regulator shows our commitment to fundraising in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice in a way that is legal, open, honest and respectful.
Advocacy Quality Standard
Our subsidiary arm, Meeting New Horizons are holders of the AQS Quality Mark. The Advice Quality Standard (AQS) is awarded to organisations that give advice to members of the public on legal issues. We are audited every two years and have to demonstrate that they we are accessible, effectively managed, and employ staff with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our clients.
Volunteer Centre Quality Accreditation
The VCQA is the quality mark for organisations delivering the five local Volunteer Centre functions. It provides assurance to members of the public seeking volunteering opportunities, volunteer involving organisations, partner, commissioner and funding organisations, that the holder provides a high quality and effective local service. We are pleased to say that we have held this accreditation for over 15 years.
Hull CVS are members of NCVO, allowing us to ensure we have access to the most up to date tools and resources to support other VCSE organisations.
We are regulated by the Information Commissioners Office as an organisation processing personal data.
Oh Yes! Net Zero
Hull CVS have signed up to the Hull Oh Yes! Net Zero campaign which demonstrates our commitments as an organisation towards becoming net zero.
