This course will go through the basic principles of First Aid and how to react to a situation, allowing attendees to develop confidence in administering aid to the general public.

What you will learn:

How to react, respond, and report an incident
The difference between cardiac arrest and a heart attack
How to assist an unresponsive breathing casualty
How to move a patient into the recovery position
How to administer CPR

Who should apply?

Anyone who is looking to boost their existing knowledge of First Aid and to gain confidence in responding to incidents requiring First Aid that may happen in public settings.
