This practical session is designed to help voluntary and community groups, charities, and not for profit organisations understand how to calculate the true cost of delivering a project — not just the obvious expenses. We’ll explore how to identify both Direct Costs and Overhead Costs and show you how to factor them into funding applications without selling your organisation short.

How to apply these principles when applying for grants or contract funding

Whether you’re new to funding or looking to refresh your budgeting skills, this session will give you the tools to apply confidently for the support your organisation needs.
