Funding available for the conservation, repair and conversion of listed buildings of all grades, historic buildings in conservation areas, registered parks and gardens and scheduled monuments.

The Heritage at Risk Capital Fund is a special one-year £15 million fund focusing on the most deprived areas to rescue at risk historic sites and buildings. This funding will support projects which seek to repair and enhance a variety of heritage buildings to benefit the local public and community, like shops, pubs, parks, and town halls.

Expressions of interests for the fund are now being accepted and must be received by 30th April 2025.
