£4.85 million available to help communities across England rescue and repurpose neglected historic buildings

The Heritage Revival Fund is a new grants programme created to help communities across England rescue and repurpose neglected historic buildings by supporting community organisations to take ownership of, adapt and reuse the local heritage assets that matter to them, transforming them into thriving spaces that meet their needs.

The fund has three grant opportunities available:

Project Viability Grants - up to £15,000 to support early-stage work on historic building projects to help establish whether a project is viable.

Project Development Grants - up to £100,000 to support development work on historic building projects which can contribute towards the costs of developing and co-ordinating your project and taking it towards the start of work on site.

Capital Grants - up to £350,000 to cover project costs and overheads.
