This workshop aims to help participants develop a persuasive funding plan and use techniques that demonstrate their value to funders and investors. There will be opportunities during the session to share ideas with others to promote interactive learning.

What you will learn:

How to shape and write a persuasive funding plan which can be easily adapted for different funders
The importance of a strategic approach in bid writing to use time effectively
The importance of cash flow forecasts
How to enhance your bid using match funding and in-kind support and evidence
